Our 12 Year Limited Warranty.
LEVEL I: Termite Pretreatment.
During the dried in phase of construction, Bora-Care is applied to concrete and in a two-foot band to all wood that comes into contact with the foundation.
LEVEL II: Whole House Pretreatment.
Bora-Care is applied to all structural wood, providing long-term whole house protection from wood-destroying organisms.
LEVEL III: Combination Pretreatment.
This application combines the coverage of both Levels I and II for unprecedented protection.
LEVEL IV: Whole House Pretreatment With Mold-Care.
Mold-Care kills existing mold on wood and prevents mold from growing. This treatment includes all structural wood and can include other cellulose materials such as sheet rock.
