For many years, we have noticed evidence of a termite problem at our home in Huntington Beach. There was termite poop in our attics and obvious termite colonies living in our patio cover.
Some years ago, we did have the house tented and fumigated. This was a disruptive and inconvenient and expensive process. The company's warranty wasn't of much value when they went out of business shortly thereafter.
I knew of you through your wife, Stacey, who was my personal trainer for several years at Fitness Solutions. She told me of your honesty and, when you opened your own business, that you were using alternative treatment methods. I told her I would call when we were ready to deal with our termites.
I do have a pest control company that deals with our ant problem. I asked them for a quote for termite eradication and they wanted to fumigate. Their price was rather high.
When I visited your shop, Shawn explained the process that you used and it seemed like a better option than fumigation for our problem.
I asked you to have him do an inspection and I must say that he was very thorough and knew right where to look for problems. He probed all over and, indeed, found significant infestations. He said there was no serious structural damage.
Shawn came out yesterday for the application. He was very professional, cautious and thorough. I'm sure our large attic, cluttered with years of saved family treasures(?), was a challenge for him, but he kept smiling. My wife was impressed that he even swept up the sawdust from his drilling.

Just recently, while undergoing some home remodeling and repainting, we discovered that we had a termite problem. We had a bad experience with a previous termite control company, and were concerned that we would have another disappointing ordeal. However, a neighbor of ours recommended your company and we made the call for a termite inspection.
Your representative, Shawn Mallette, came and did a thorough inspection of every area of our house. It was determined that we had a major problem that needed immediate attention. An appointment was made with Mr. Mallette, and treatment was completed after a long, arduous day in our attic access areas, under our house, around our windows and doors, and the eave areas of our roof.
The purpose of writing is to highly commend Mr. Mallette for his excellent work. He not only did the treatment to our satisfaction, but he explained how the treatment worked and the reasons for what he was doing. His attitude and demeanor were very professional, but he was also warm and friendly. He was on time for the appointments, and stayed late to complete the work. My wife and I considered ourselves fortunate to have him do the work.
You are to be commended, also, for having representatives of the caliber of Shawn Mallette working for Britannia. I know that a termite problem can arise at any time in the future, but I have peace of mind knowing that we have had competent and effective treatment done to help contain the present problem.
