I am writing to thank you for the excellent service you provided both in October 2007 when I had my home tented for fumigation and again in September 2008 when I replaced my roof and gave you no advanced notice of needing your services. Your willingness to fit me in to your firm's schedule and honor the agreed upon contract which was almost one year old was exceptional. I cannot adequately express my gratitude. One does not find service and professionalism of that magnitude in today's world. You went above and beyond normal courtesy and concern for my problems.
I wish to emphasize that since the tenting in October 2007, that there has been no evidence of any live termite damage. The spraying done on my existing roof and the replacement roof is a preventative measure requested to alleviate my concerns.
Your assistant Shawn, who sprayed my roof today, was extremely professional, informed and helpful. Like you, he shows genuine concern for the customer. The roofing people had been here for three days and none of them would assist me to just adjust the tarps in the garage to cover the boxes I had there. I only had to mention it and Shawn was quick to respond and helped me to adjust the tarps so that everything was completely covered. When he left, I forgot to give him back the additional plastic covers that he left here. I would be glad to return them and drive up to your facilities whenever it is convenient to you or him. Please let me know when you would like me to do this.
I would definitely recommend your firm to anyone needing professional and reasonably priced termite services. Should you ever want to refer anyone to call me concerning my satisfaction, please feel free to do so. Additionally, you may use this letter as testimony to demonstrate a VERY satisfied customer. I have owned my current residence for 10 years. When I originally purchased it the house was under a termite control contract with another company. They charged $150 to come out every year and control termites in local areas. I wondered if they were really doing the best job for my home and I had a few different inspectors look at the home. I was told I should tent the house on 3 occasions, but I figured since I was under contract with this other company it wasn't necessary. Yet occasionally we saw termite dust and it made us nervous.
When you came, your inspection was obviously thorough but more to the point you explained the process and recommended the next step in such an easy and comfortable way we went forward with the tenting project. It went well and I am extremely pleased with your inspection, your report, your follow up, and your customer service. I would highly recommend you to anyone who needs a termite guy they can really trust.

For many years, we have noticed evidence of a termite problem at our home in Huntington Beach. There was termite poop in our attics and obvious termite colonies living in our patio cover.
Some years ago, we did have the house tented and fumigated. This was a disruptive and inconvenient and expensive process. The company's warranty wasn't of much value when they went out of business shortly thereafter.
I knew of you through your wife, Stacey, who was my personal trainer for several years at Fitness Solutions. She told me of your honesty and, when you opened your own business, that you were using alternative treatment methods. I told her I would call when we were ready to deal with our termites.
I do have a pest control company that deals with our ant problem. I asked them for a quote for termite eradication and they wanted to fumigate. Their price was rather high.
When I visited your shop, Shawn explained the process that you used and it seemed like a better option than fumigation for our problem.
I asked you to have him do an inspection and I must say that he was very thorough and knew right where to look for problems. He probed all over and, indeed, found significant infestations. He said there was no serious structural damage.
Shawn came out yesterday for the application. He was very professional, cautious and thorough. I'm sure our large attic, cluttered with years of saved family treasures(?), was a challenge for him, but he kept smiling. My wife was impressed that he even swept up the sawdust from his drilling.

Just recently, while undergoing some home remodeling and repainting, we discovered that we had a termite problem. We had a bad experience with a previous termite control company, and were concerned that we would have another disappointing ordeal. However, a neighbor of ours recommended your company and we made the call for a termite inspection.
Your representative, Shawn Mallette, came and did a thorough inspection of every area of our house. It was determined that we had a major problem that needed immediate attention. An appointment was made with Mr. Mallette, and treatment was completed after a long, arduous day in our attic access areas, under our house, around our windows and doors, and the eave areas of our roof.
The purpose of writing is to highly commend Mr. Mallette for his excellent work. He not only did the treatment to our satisfaction, but he explained how the treatment worked and the reasons for what he was doing. His attitude and demeanor were very professional, but he was also warm and friendly. He was on time for the appointments, and stayed late to complete the work. My wife and I considered ourselves fortunate to have him do the work.
You are to be commended, also, for having representatives of the caliber of Shawn Mallette working for Britannia. I know that a termite problem can arise at any time in the future, but I have peace of mind knowing that we have had competent and effective treatment done to help contain the present problem.
